This hotel is incredibly beautiful and nice with wonderful employees that display such great warm service. The location is very central. There's Martabak Yurich not very far from the venue, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

Nicely furnished, neat room with a private bathroom and a bathtub and a shower. Favourable, excellent location in Kesawan district very close to most touristy sites via taxis that are readily available, the biggest shopping mall in town, and footpath. Also, to the station of the airport express.

Large and delicious breakfast selection with beverages and variaties, for instance served in the restaurant. Nicely furnished and well stocked room with bathtub, and nice pool. The location unbeatable in the chinese resteraunt.

Impressive and fairly clean hotel, good views of the Medan skyline. Awesome and fantastic staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Perfect room and nice bathroom, enjoyable breakfast. Feather pillows, lovely bed. Marvellous location a short walk to Merdeka Walk. Found in a nice enough area just off centre of city and restaurant and JW Marriott Medan. Nice services too. Had free Wi-Fi in public areas.

Neat and functional room with good views and massive bath, for example, incredible staff. Efficient check in and easy check out. Amazing swimming pool and particularly good location close enough to footpath, many eateries, and the airport.

Exceptionally clean hotel in a nice building right by outside garden or relaxing area and Sumatra and malls and shopping and food. Tidy and functional room, a shower and a bathtub in the room. Favourable location close to airport train station, excellent facilities.

the hotel is reasonably large with fantastic staff members. the rooms are relaxing and impressive with a superb view, massive bath and complimentary wi-fi. the location is marvellous and strategic, 1 mile from vihara borobudur.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were checked in by a thoughtful staff member who placed us on the highest floor to ensure we had a fantastic view. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with all the necessary toiletries provided. The wifi signal was strong throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenience of having eateries and a mini mart nearby. we had a perfect stay at this hotel.

The hotel deco is wonderful and security very tight. The room that we booked - twin is suitable for 2 adult and 2 children. The location is good at the center of Medan City.

I and my children stayed in the executive level of this hotel, when we reached the room, I found the door of the toilet could not close easily. finally we changed the room. As the executive level has some benefits that the normal room doesn't have e.g. afternoon tea, night snack etc. But I think it is just the remain food of their buffet and as for night snack, it just have 4 or 5 bottles of cookies for your choice, nothing more. So don't book the excutive level. Will not stay in this hotel again, it don't meet my expect and the cost is expensive as the room just so so.

Spent my christmas in a hotel with a great breakfast selection and comfortable bed. The location was near everything we needed like shopping centers and restaurants. The room was spacious and had warm water in the shower. , the staff were friendly and always answered our questions.
The air conditioning in the room was too cold and we couldn't change the temperature. Adding to that frustration was the unresponsive TV remote.
